AVOID AVOID AVOID

Took my laptop here for a Windows 10 install and a new battery. The bloke I spoke to (Dave) wrote down what I requested and taped this to the laptop. He said it would take 3-4 days to sort out. 3 hours (yes hours), later, Dave called to say it was all sorted and ready for collection!! When I went to collect the laptop, precisely NONE of the requested work had been done! When I asked why, I was told by Dave that I didn't ask for this work! When I pointed out that I had and HE had written it down and it was still taped to the laptop, he said ' Oh I must have missed that'!!! When I said I wasn't happy as none of the actual £125 worth of work was done, Dave became extremely aggressive, slamming my laptop lid shut and threatening to 'trash' it !!! All in all, I got back a laptop that takes 10 minutes to boot up, runs slower than a sloth and refuses to respond to anything clicked!!! It seems the 'work' that was done was to remove my photo editing software and my browser and replace them with completely different ones.... NOT what I requested nor what I needed. I would certainly avoid this place like the plague. He may have '20 years experience' as he loves to keep saying, but certainly not in pc repairs nor customer service!!!
