Bought 2 bikes from this shop and the owner shaun couldn't be more helpful, he ensured my son and i were happy with our bikes and made sure we were safe and gave us free advice. We returned a week later and bought another bike and this was ordered and built in a week! Highly recommend this business

I will not use another bike shop again, fantastic customer service, make sure you get what you want, don't try to sell you the most expensive thing either! Servicing there is fast cheap and reliable. Bought three bikes from there now and have regular services on them all, never had one problem. They are a great all round bike shop who offer advice and support for every type of bike! Definitely recommended!

The customer service at Rivington Cycles is desperate - inflexible, rude, and upsetting. The manager put the phone down on me today as I was unable to bring my bike in at 4.30 instead of 3.30 for repair the next working day. I have had contact with this shop on 3 ocassions in the past 3 months (giving the shop the benefit of the doubt by returning each time as someone who likes to support local businesses) and each time I have been treated as if I am a huge hassle to them and that they are begrudingly doing me a favour. On one occassion I went to collect my bike after repair at the agreed time but the shop was closed, leaving me unable to get to work. and then the shop didn't open at the time the sign said it would. And don't be fooled by the low prices stated on their website. It says that a new inner tube fitting is £5. I've actually been charged £10 twice for this.
