Fantastic Service & Quality Items
Thomas Woods have been fantastic with us. They have a wide variety of high quality stock and help us find exactly what we wanted, including making special orders that came in in less than 24 hrs. They were very flexible and gave us the best price possible, much cheaper than other large chain jewellers in the millgate centre. We will continue to return to them as their service was fantastic and the jewellery is excellent quality, not mass produced rubbish. I do not understand the last review as we have been intermittent customers for some time and we have never had such issues. Again Thanks!

Renewed my wifes wedding ring after 40 years visited every jewellers in bury,by far this was the best for value and service never mind your multiples buy local for personal service.

Poor service.
Poor service. Poor quality products and NO refund policy so you are stuck with the item. Man drags you into store like some cheesy tourist trap of Spain. Then once inside comes the hard sell to purchase. Bewarned. No wonder these small stores go out of business.

Be very carefull
This store does NOT offer refunds what so ever. He will be nice to get your money but as soon as you encounter a quality issue or problem then his tone will change. Avoid. Best buy from the bigger chains. Quality of products a real issue here !!!
