Our Wedding
It was an amazing night. Dave did a fabulous Job, we were really impressed my husbands added! The guests that we least expected to dance, danced! Everyone enjoyed it and the feedback we had about the entertainment was positive and a few people have asked for your contact details. Defiantly a contact to recommend!. Me & my Husband Matt would like to say a big thank you for help making our day so special at the Coniston Hotel in May 2013. The music was great you played something for everyone and you even had everyone up dancing to my favourites the spice girls and take that!!!! The light show was great it was only a shame that the venue said you couldn't use the smoke machine but i was happy only because it meant that i was right and my husband was wrong (I'm sure there will be loads more moments like that in our married life). **Fantastic**
I booked DJ John for my 50th birthday party last Friday. I always find that getting the right DJ make or breaks the night and I have had more than my share of average DJ's in the past. DJ John was fantastic, he really contributed to making the evening a great success by keeping the place rocking and lively. Several of the guests came to me to ask who the DJ was and how I'd found out about him. Since Friday other people have contacted my asking the same question which really says it all. I'll certainly be keeping their number and using them again - thank you

Excellent Service

We've had DJ John before at a friends party and he was brilliant then so we thought it best to book him again for our Wedding Anniversary. Great Service!
We booked Dave for our wedding reception in July after a recommendation from one of our friends. The service we received was excellent! He met up with us before the wedding to ensure we felt safe booking him and so nothing could go wrong on the day as our schedule and music choices had been heavily discussed beforehand. The day was brilliant, Dave really kept the party alive!

we have had john 3 times now one for my 50th 2nd for father-in -laws 80th and 3rd for our old english masonic night and each one was brilliant. i would recommend him to anyone who needs a top class DJ. Always arrived early,very friendley and gets everyone up dancing. cheers dave.

Great Night, fab music
Had the pleasure of DJ John at my 40th/Renewal of Wedding Vows. He knew exactly what I wanted and played my random playlist so well. There was hoards of kids there and at one point he was being hounded but he was brilliant with them. He was friendly did everything we asked for and more. Will recommend him to all my friends.

We had a fantastic night on the dance floor and can highly recommend Dave's Entertainment services. Very professional (contract arrangement), honoured our playlist which was important to us (even played my strange ‘Hoff' request) and also he read the audience well to provide the right music for all. Impressive audio equipment, made use of his PA system and used an amazing lighting rig. Dave also handled an unforeseen problem (not his fault, venue's mistake) swiftly without effecting our night. Great job Dave!

DJ John arrived early for my husbands 65th and retirement party and the whole thing was really well organised. John felt like one of the family by the end of the evening and the choice of music was just right. I t was great to be able to list music I would like beforehand. He was sensitive to the older members of the group in that he said he would reduce the volume if necessary!. It wasn't. Fabulous Fiftieth birthday fun
Thank you so much to John for making my husbands 50th birthday party last Saturday 17th December, such a special night. The music was exactly what we asked for. DJ John was the best
We had our wedding reception 3/12/11. John was our DJ for the night. When we got to the venue we found that there had been a power cut and there was no electricity. John was great he worked really hard with the staff at the venue to kepp the guests happy and entertained. When we finally got electricity John was excellent and played every song requested and everyone was really happy especially us. I would without a doubt recommend Dave Pierce Entertainment. Fab 50th
I have just had my 50th Birthday party and what a brilliant time i had !!. DJ John was my DJ and he was brilliant . I was very nervous that the evening would be a good one but as soon as i met John he assured me that he would make it a success and he did . Awesome 30th!!
The service even before the night was fantastic, even so far as asking what type of music I wanted for the evening which was followed to the letter so that everyone danced from beginning to end. DJ was exceptional - never talkling over the music! He really got everyone going, sang on the karaoke to get people up, and seemed to enjoy the night as much as everyone else. He was also very funny. He was really accommodating to every song and karaoke request. The lights were great too. I'd definitely recommend Dave Pierce to all of my friends and family!

Brilliant wedding DJ!
We got married in October at Samlesbury Hall and were worried about booking a DJ without a recommendation (we just found Dave Pierce on Google) but there was no need. The service was fantastic and we especially liked the sheet that was sent out before the wedding to state what type of music you liked and also what types of music you especially didn't want playing (we didn't want the usual wedding songs - Abba, Grease medley etc). Our music tastes are more indie and classic rock, so rest assured you will get the type of music you ask for - we had Metallica played and everyone loved it! We found the DJ to be unobtrusive and we were glad that he didn't talk over the music. Everyone has said what a brilliant time they had and we would have no hesitation in recommending Dave Pierce Entertainment.

3 weeks after our wedding and we're still buzzing from it! We keep remembering moments from the night do - including the dance off! Boys VS Girls (unfortunately the boys won) - this was totally impromptu but DJ Dave reacted brilliantly to hot the competition up and keep everyone pulling their best dance moves! We had a diverse request list (indie and cheesey pop) which was mixed in brilliantly with other songs chosen by the DJ. I especially loved the "what not to play" section on the form - this ensured that our wedding did not suffer from any cringe moments (we didn't want Macarana, Superman etc etc and this was kept to...) Guests have declared our wedding to be the best they've ever been to. We're majorly biased and of course we agree - but it wouldn't have been anything without Dave's ear for music and ability to fulfil all requests on the night! What's more - he was £155 cheaper than the venue quoted...what more can you want???!!! Thanks Dave!!!

Amazing Night

The Best By Far
I booked Dave Pierce Entertainment for my Mothers 75TH Birthday Party as the reviews are all great reading. Once the booking was confirmed they made sure we had the exact music that was required and even got some tunes that are very very hard to find and even tunes for the Karaoke that don't exist but brought the music and printed the words so nothing could go wrong. Everybody at the party commented between each other and myself about just how good he really was and I can assure you, I will not hesitate in booking him again. All I can say is that you will not be disappointed with Dave Pierce Entertainment at all. If your looking for a top quality night with top quality entertainment then please believe me, LOOK NO FURTHER.

THE PERFECT DJ!
Absolutely perfect! I didn't know any DJs and chose Dave at random. I was nervous, as we are that everything would go to plan. Dave reassured me that he would be there and I had nothing to worry about. As soon as Dave arrived he was friendly and approachable. He played 60s music for my Dads 70th, made some brilliant choices and kept the guests dancing all night! The guests felt at ease to ask for request. Dave remembered everything I had asked him to do without reminders. Cant recommend him enough! Brilliant! Christine (Blackburn)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Dave was our DJ for my 21st Birthday Party in December, he provided an excellent package for all of my family and friends. Dave played a good range of music and included all our requests in his playlist. Everyone we spoke to commented on how good the disco looked the way Dave ran the evening. I recommend Dave Pierce Entertainment to anyone looking for a great, fun DJ!

Superb Wedding DJ - Top Night had by all!
Dave came to do a karaoke disco for our wedding reception this October. I was actually going to book the venue's resident DJ but he was busy, so I am so, so glad we booked Dave instead! He really made it a night to remember with superb MC work aswell as excellent music mixing and he played all our song requests! Be sure to choose DAVE PIERCE ENTERTAINMENT when booking your wedding reception!
