Wren not so good customer service

Ok so you go to wren and they offer a high qaulity product for a low price... you leave with a deal that you think is amazing! After all the sales team take their time show you around, do a fancy drawing and design show you what amazing things you can do with your kitchen. However when its delievered its damaged, they have ordered you the wrong things, they havent ordered enough or far too much of a product. And just to top it all off, they had only measured my kitchen wrongly, and because the designer had left they denied all acknowledgment!! And then the manager told a sales person off whilst holding the phone to his chest (so we could hear!) for admitting they messed up. They still havent replaced all the faulty bits and we constantly have to ring them to chase it up! Very poor after care! AVOID AVOID AVOID! spend the extra £ and get better service!
