Avoid These Fraudsters
Ispectacles address at the time of writing is given as 375 Brandlesholme Road, Bury BL8 1HS. I didn't know they had form. I ordered a pair of specs but after 30 days, no sign of them so Ispectacle are still up to their old tricks. They take your money and say you'll get your glasses in a few days but they don't arrive, they say they've had problems in their lab but it's all now sorted and you'll get your glasses in 3-4 days but they don't arrive. Under Distance Selling Regulations they have 30 days to fulfill your order, if you don't get your glasses within that time Regulations stipulate they must give you a refund without delay. Haven't had my refund yet but it's only been 4 days.

Be very cautious..
Pretty much in-line with with Lyndsey.F review. Postage took 6 weeks and only arrived as I to submitted a grievance with PayPay as I thought I had been had. The glasses were well made but were not coated as I had ordered.(I 3 years exp making glasses) If you do place an order be prepared for some aggravation. They were also useless on the phone trying to trace my order.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I have recently used this company I would not recommend them. First my order was late and I had to put in a claim through Paypal they finally did turn up only to find the lenses had been fitted very, very badly and were bursting out of the nice designer frames I paid £120 for. I took them in to town to see if they could be repaired but no one will touch them. I have tried to contact the company all mails are returned as failed which is the same for every email address they have the form to contact them on their site does not work as again comes back as failed. There is no telephone number on their web site and any I have found through the internet the lines are dead. The address on their internet site is wrong and having done some research they move every month also. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS! DO NOT USE THEM! BUYER BEWARE!
