The Ellidge & Fairley name was first seen in Fish and Chip shops and fast food outlets on frying ranges over 40 years ago. Now based in Bacup, Lancashire, UK, Ellidge & Fairley (2014) Ltd continues to be a family run business, with over 35 years experience. Over the years the company has established itself as one of the countrys leading manufacturers and suppliers of quality commercial catering equipment. Specialising in bespoke Fish and Chip Frying Ranges, Chinese Wok cookers, Indian cookers and Asian Stock-pot cookers. We also manufacture to order stainless steel Canopies and Extraction systems, stainless steel tables and stainless steel sink units (all made to your specific requirements). All our equipment is British made by qualified and skilled engineers.
