Rude Staff

I appied for a loan which can only be done over the phone was told i was not on the electoral roll even though i have lived at the same address simce 1985 and i am on the electoral roll, Told her i am logged into my file and said it shows on the roll she said she can't see is and can anyone on the electoral roll come in with the loan with me i asked my mother she said yes she lived at the house 30 years and the main owner and pays council tax and votes is on the roll. This company now have my mum's and my pricate details and i do not feel safe knowing this. I also rang experian they confirmed both me and my mum are on the roll. The so called joint manners of the company was nasty cocky she laughed in my face and kept hanging up would not open a complaint for the ombuds man and help what's so ever. There are many bad reviews on the internet to back me up. There calls are not recoreded so they can do what they want,
