These aim to identify Asbestos Containing Materials within buildings to enable risks to be managed where the building is not going to be disturbed or to establish the type and full extent for removal where refurbishment or demolition work is proposed.
Removal of asbestos containing materials under controlled conditions by licensed operatives, appropriate disposal of asbestos containing hazardous waste and conduct of reoccupation air monitoring. Includes prior notification to the HSE where necessary.
