RUDE RUDE RUDE
I didnt even get as far as having work carried out by this company. The appointment had been booked but on the day noone showed up. When I called the person that was meant to be doing the quote he denied all knowledge, despite my hearing him agreeing to the appointment when I made the initial call to the office. When I said I wasnt best please that I had waited in for hours and found it inconvenient, he stated that it was very inconvenient for him so best it doesnt happen. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICES AND ONE VERY RUDE OBNOXIOUS MAN! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY
