Liars and cheats!
Directors and staff are nice as pie before you pay them, then become rude and obnoxious once they've had your money. Also, THEY ARE LIARS: their paperwork and website says they are members of the Consumer Protection Association, and you get a guarantee, but guess what? They are NOT MEMBERS, and their Guarantee is WORTHLESS. Reported to Dartford Trading Standards. DO NOT USE THESE CHEATS.

This company WILL RIP YOU OFF! I used them for a conservatory which was meant to take 8 to 10 weeks, and nearly 10 months later we are still waiting for completion. They damaged all my paintwork, installed the wrong glass and failed to provide the written guarantee they promised. The MD will not give you his phone number, and he does not return calls to the office. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU EXPECT A GOOD JOB, COMPLETED ON TIME!!! ABSOLUTE RIP OFF, AND IGNORANT STAFF.
