overcooked cold vegitables
I wanted Lamb, There was no Lamb. I had beef, I always have English Mustard with beef but there was none, when I asked for mustard the surly guy just said that they had not got any!! The Veg was not hot, the beef was tough, The only thing that I can compliment was the Managers attitude when we walked out, meal uneaten and not paid for. He accepted my complaint.

Toby Carvery Thanet
Thanets own toby carvery, a restaurant now in the new westwood cross complex, is a good family place to go and eat.The food is as you would expect from a carvery mainly roast dinners, with the option to go back for unlimited veg. They also have a menu if you wish to go for something other than a roast, which the prepare then you can collect from the main carvery point, to get your veg to accompany the meal.The price is average for the type of restaurant you are eating it, but if you go before 5 monday to saturday its two courses for £5 - £7 which is good value.Overall a good place to go eat.
