Broadband Team Superb!
Since we were set up with business broadband through True Telecom (some months ago) we have had an ongoing problem with speed. Senten has been on the case from the word go and has dealt with the whole episode. He wasn't fobbed off by the excuses from Openreach as to reasons why we weren't getting the required download speeds but has kept on the case and we have finally seen an improvement. Senten has also dealt with the costs that Openreach have tried to charge us with and the outcome has been very acceptable. He has been very professional and helpful and always willing to speak with us when we have had to contact him.

Easy to switch
I have used True Telecom over a year now, and I have recommended them to a few companies. All the staff that I have dealt with has always done their upmost to help me with any queries I have had. They are very competitive in price and with the 'we will not be beaten price guarantee' you will get not only a great service, but also fantastic prices. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Helpful staff
Problems occur with every company but in my experience True has resolve them effectively...I love the broadband - if you compare it to some alternatives is great value for money. Ignore the moaning minnies

Helpful
I have found my dealings with True Telecom to be helpful and professional. The network speed isn't particularly fast so if you're sending large files this can take a while. However given that it's a budget broadband solution I am pleased with the service overall.

Much better value
i think the best way to sum up my experience with True Telecom is adequate, they have kept up their promise of saving me money on my monthly bills and the internet has work consistently since switching. I would of given a higher star rating but i think this should be the norm not the exception

Can't complain
I am running my online jobs board we need to make soo many calls a day. I got nice deal from True Telecom and have saved good bucks which I was spending on BT services and reason for switch over is because of poor services from BT.

Easy switch over to True Telecom
Was skeptical when their sales agent cold called me but listened to what they had to say. Didn't sign up right away but checked out the website to see if everything was legit. Called up last week and after speaking to customer services I decided to change from BT to True Telecom. They dealt with BT for me and the change over was quick and easy. Would recommend this company.

Exceeded expectations
I have been thoroughly delighted since switching to true telecom because of the huge reductions in my monthly bills, and the ease of the transfer in my service. Contrary to my expectations, there was no disruption to my service, as promised by the very helpful salesman and the customer service is something that BT needs to take note of. Really feel valued as a customer. Fantastic service all round, could not be happier with the outcome of me transferring
