Filehurst Associates provides a full logistics support service to the south east of England. We pride ourselves on keeping a personal relationship with all of our customers, ensuring that they get just the support they need. Our services range from archiving and storage, warehousing and distribution to office moves, change planning and project management. We offer anything a business needs to move offices or to create space in their existing one, whether it’s a man with a van or a full scale move; a filing cabinet full of papers that needs storing off-site or a warehouse full of goods for storing, repackaging and distribution. Filehurst has been in Hythe for over 30 years and our commercial customers range from local solicitors and accountants through to major companies like Eurotunnel and Bang and Olufsen, along with many household customers who rely on us to look after their domestic overflow as well providing them with removal services. The company is expanding once again and has created rack space for further 6000 archive boxes, with room for more. This still leaves us with ample warehouse space available to customise to our customers’ needs.

Filehurst Associates has an Archive Storage & Management Facility with a storage capacity of 30,000 archive boxes. We offer cost effective archive storage & management, together with a reliable collection & delivery service, for all of your documents.

Filehurst Associates uses a specifically designed shelf storage system which means that archive boxes are stacked no more than 3 high, which means that all documents are kept in the best possible condition. We ensure that your records are kept in a safe & secure environment, ready for use when needed.


Simply number your archive boxes as you fill them & note their contents. We will then collect them from your office & store the contents safely until required.
We tailor our service to meet your needs. Our helpful staff will retrieve anything from any file in any box & will deliver it back to you in the shortest time possible.

And, when the time comes, we will securely destroy your archive and can supply a certificate of destruction.

Filehurst has provided warehouse services & seasonal overflow warehousing for both local and national companies for three decades.

Many companies rely on Filehurst to manage their logistics; bulk ordered goods are delivered to our warehouse; we break them down into individual customer's orders and mail them out, with all the right paperwork. Our stock control system ensures that our clients (and their customers) know exactly where their stock is at all times.

We can receive containers, pick & pack or simply store your palletised goods. Don't worry if it's heavy, we have forklifts.

Transportation & Removals

We have a range of vehicles that we can put at your disposal, from a basic 'man in a van' through to a 44ft class 1 articulated lorry, so whether you need someone to provide a simple collect and deliver service or something much larger, we can fill your requirements.
Our customers rely on us to handle their logistics for them, completely and securely.
Sometimes our clients need their loads to be kept for a while between collection and delivery, so we store them in our secure warehouse for as long as needed.
We can also break down a load into several deliveries to different addresses and on different days, again using our secure warehouse and stock control system to keep the goods safe.
All our transport services are fully covered by insurance and our vans keep in regular contact with the office so you will always know where we (and your goods) are.
When it comes to removals Filehurst's service delivers exactly what you'd want from either an office or house move. And, if the move is less than straightforward, we are able to offer all kinds of help to make it as easy as possible for you, whether it is Project Management, storage or any form of logistic support.

Household storage

The level of service we are known for in the commercial world is the same as the one we offer to our domestic customers too. We can take away and store a single room for as short or long a time as you'd like or we can move a whole house-full. We are as flexible and responsive as you need.

We offer self-storage boxes for household goods, personal goods or simply to de-clutter your house. Access can be arranged when needed. Our 250 cu ft boxes are available for long or short term storage from £15 per week plus VAT. And if you need an extra pair of hands we can provide a Man & Van from £25.00 per hour plus VAT.
