The Nook animal boarding
Having given the nook the benefit of the doubt and taken our dog a second time we won't be going a third. We were not asked how often or what type of food our dog is fed, and she has come home ravenous which is most out of character. We were also made to feel as though we were inconveniencing them asking to look around even though the website expressly invites this. Unfortunately they are totally inflexible with pick up times on a weekend - must be by 1pm and when we were 5 minutes late we were pretty much thrown our dog without further word, which makes us wonder are there any staff on site after 1pm? What looks good on first sight is actually questionable on closer inspection.
