I was saved!!
I was on twitter complaining to my broadband provider for not having connection for 3 weeks and not getting anywhere. Carefree messaged me almost straight away trying to help me with my issues. They were friendly and when I told them what I was looking for they recommend me a package and told me the prices and I didnt have to do anything it was all sorted by them and there team the only issue I did have was after a month but speeds dropped a bit and after some time on the phone with them it still wasn't solved but they send me out an engineer and he managed to reset my router and sort it all out. I am very happy I made this move :)

Really friendly talk team and great service
I was a little sketch coming to a company that I havn't heard of but after speaking to there kind and friendly talk team my mind was at ease and the service I received was excellent :D a very very happy customer!

Excellent serivce
originally recommended to me by a friend, and I have since recommended them to 3 friends also and saved myself even more. In the rare times we've had any issues with broadband reception or phone lines, they have been very quickly resolved even when the problem was not on Carefree's side. Once a customer service rep sorted out a problem with the broadband box by staying on the phone with me to test and resolve with the box provider. When the box maker could only commit to replacing it in 2 weeks, the rep sent me a refurbished replacement completely free of charge within 2 days. Carefree has contacted me pro-actively on several occasions to review my packages in order to save me more money, and they have. When they call at a busy time and I suggest a better time, they are great at respecting that and doing so.
