I have worked in depth for many years with clients with regard to issues that they are struggling with, both in the NHS and as an independent coach. I believe that everyone is capable of more than they do or are right now, and that by becoming aware of what and how they do what they do right now they can become more effective, more successful, happier and healthier.

Anyone's greatest limitation is their own behaviour thinking and communication. By working to become increasingly aware and conscious of right now, they can work to become more effective, happier, more successful.
