Popped into the shop to have my wheel bolts tightened to be looked at like I was stupid as the mechcanic texed away on his phone.After they put the wheel so out of line the brake didn't work he told me that he was to busy to put it right and then charged me £2.00 for not doing my bolts up.I work in a bike shop and that type of rudeness is not the way you should be.cheers for nothing.
