About us

Hi, we are Lynn & Gary and we have a passion for dogs! At present we have a are lucky parents of a laidback, gentle & very loving Siberian Husky named Floyd who is nearly 3. Our son Ryan owns Floyds parents Sapphire & Hunter & when they get together they are a beautiful pack . We have both owned dogs of all shapes & sizes most of our lives & looking after dogs is something we both enjoy immensely,
Over the years we have had a few bad experiences of boarding kennels with our other dogs, so we weren't happy to leave Floyd anywhere he would be caged (He HATES them!) or even mistreated! We found it quite difficult finding somewhere that offered a caring & comfortable environment with plenty of activities to stimulate & wear him out, that also didn't involve him being put in a cage of any size! So; when we were both made redundant last year Our pad your paws was created. We wanted to offer a loving home from home bright happy & fun filled day for other people's dogs as well as our own dog Floyd. We want them to feel totally at ease with their surrounding & have plenty to keep them occupied but most of all happy while they were away from their own homes.
If your dog is allowed on your bed or sofa at home, then he or she is allowed on them here too!
When it comes to walkies we believe that dogs should get solo walks or with another dog from the same home as all dogs are different, some like a run with a ball, some like to run through rivers/streams and some prefer just to sniff bushes & trees. By being walked in large crowds "their" enjoyment can be lost & sometimes large groups of dogs being walked together can cause a pack mentality which in turn can cause behavioural issues.

Give them a day at the beach at Our Pad Your Paws a beach themed doggy day care with a difference! Situated in Bexley, our garden design is inspired by the beach & especially created with fur babies in mind. We have oversized beach hut dog houses on a stone beach, comfortably lined with brightly coloured beanbags, blankets, bucket water bowls although spades are not needed in our especially built doggy dig pit & even brightly coloured bunting. To keep them entertained we have sand pits, ball pits and paddling pools, interaction toys & boredom games. Your cherished hounds will have their own beach hut to chill in or escape the sun. We have a large patio area providing shade, brightly coloured wood cladding play area & a large turfed fenced section. The rest of the 60mtr sq. garden is fully landscaped with wooden sleepers & natural stone paving. We also have an escape proof garden tested regularly when we have Floyd's (our own dog) parents come to visit, three huskies are certainly a test for any garden. Indoors are leather sofas for the dogs & when it's wet outside there's over 20 Sq. metres of space to play inside. We charge per hour and do discounts for puppies under 12 months, 5+ or 10+ full consecutive days booked and reduced cost if 2 or more dogs are from the same home. So, whether you need to go out for a few hours, the whole day or even a long overdue holiday then Our Pad can suit your needs. We can even host your puppy introduction parties.
We offer a personal dog walking & pet visit service in & around Bexley Kent, solo walks, fully insured, DBS checked, quality & reliable. One off walks or regular booked times are available with discounts on block bookings. 10% discount for senior citizens. We provide fresh water & pick up all mess & return your pet happy, clean & hopefully tired. We bespoke our walks to you & your dog's request.
