Not fit for Pigs

For the first time in my adult life my Mum and Dad asked me to arrange a night out for xmas and new years. So we decided to book 15 of us at our local restaurant based upon its locality to us and its good reputation for the 30/12/13. In hindsight this was the worst decision of my life. From the start of our booking at 6:00 to us leaving at 9:37 our treatment and service was appalling and shocking. Us leaving at 9.37 was nothing to do with our joyful experience but from sub standard unprofessional service, blatant mistreatment by the staff, being lied to and ignored whenever we enquired as to when we were to receive our food, food which was insufficient in quantity and quality and the complete pig headed attitude of the manager when we conveyed in detail our grievances. If it was just myself and a few mates I would have left and again in hindsight we should have, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt on numerous occasions to make things up as it was my father's decision to gather the family. I am so furious with our treatment, the total lack of sincerity and disrespect shown to our family that the self control I am having to display in my words above is turned up to the max. I implore anyone, especially if you are Asian, who is considering a night out at this farce of a restaurant to consider my words as I would never want any living being or animal to suffer the experience that we had. I could go on and on in great detail and I would welcome anyone to contact me for further information. The food service industry in this country is poor by other countries standards but this is by FAR the worst experience. My final word on this matter is "stay away from this pile of cow dung which presents itself as reputable restaurant".
