The Best for Your Pets We are an established, family run business providing a friendly, caring service for your pets and animals. Quality dog and cat grooming form a major part of what we do but there is more on offer including Rabbit & Guinea pig Grooming, Microchipping and Flea & Worm treatments for dogs, cats and horses. Qualified, Caring and Professional The team is led by Emma Betts, a Qualified Veterinary Nurse listed at The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, (RCVS) with over 15 years experience of caring for animals, including a spell as head nurse of a large practice. She is a professionally trained dog and cat groomer and an approved instructor / A1 Assessor in Animal Care and Grooming. There are four additional qualified and experienced Groomers, all with full or advanced City & Guilds qualifications. One of our Groomers also has additional qualifications in Animal Management, having attended a year long course at Plumpton College. All staff are trained in First Aid, Animal First Aid and Health & Safety with regular refreshers. We are members of The British Dog Groomers Association and Pet Care Trust, promoting the highest standards in grooming and animal care. We are fully insured. Grooming Centre Our fully equipped grooming centre at Bethersden, Kent offers the best for you and your pets. There is a reception area with seating, preparation & bathing areas, and a finishing room for clipping and styling. We've plenty of grooming space and best quality equipment. Cats have their own separate grooming room and equipment. You can park right outside and we are attached to the garden centre next door where there is large pet shop, and a café serving refreshments and light meals if you need to wait. We stock Dog, Cat and Horse Wormers, Frontline Flea treatments and a range of grooming products including shampoos, conditioners and grooming equipment. Come in and look us over Leaving your pet in the hands of a strange, new groomer is a difficult leap of faith. We do understand and actively encourage you to come in and look us over if you wish, before making an appointment, and without any obligation. We have over 1000 active customers, many who came to us through personal recommendation, which hopefully inspires confidence. We are open 6 days a week (min. 8:45am-5.30pm but often longer) and by appointment. You are very welcome. Bring your pet too!
