Cake shop courses
My experience of the cake courses themselves are they are of a good standard. However my personal experience of the teacher Shelby wasn't so good. I didn't find her professional. As a paying customer I want to learn about making cakes. i am not interested in the teacher's personal opinion about me and I don't expect a teacher to use her position to influence other people in the class that I have never met before. I have raised this twice with the shop and had no response. I would prefer this doesn't occur again and that the shop responds to valid comments from a paying customer.
