DWS can provide a repair service on either a 'call out' basis or under a Preventative Maintenance Agreement regardless of whether the TV, AV or CCTV system has been installed by ourselves.

This includes: a survey of the current system to ensure it meets with today's standards; two planned preventative maintenance visits each year to minimise faults and, if a fault does occur, provide a rapid response to rectify any issues found.
