Truly excellent service. Purchased his and hers wedding bands and engagement ring. Went to lots of effort designing the perfect ring for us given the numerous amendments to our request the rings still came in at great value and exactly what we wanted. Services was excellent. People were friendly. Not only is does this shop sell diamonds but the shop its self and staff inside are diamonds. Thank you again Jagos. Will see you again soon.

Deeply unimpressed
Took a watch for repair seven weeks ago. They never contacted me and I had to repeatedly chase them before finally taking my watch back with the work not done. No hint of an apology or even a suggestion that taking seven weeks not to fix something caused them any concern. Having taken my watch to a different jeweller their quote turned out to be astronomical. A waste of my time but a lucky escape.
