Far from impressed !
It seems that unlimited mileage is not what it says,Traffic recalled my vehicle and would not extend my hire as he did the previous week because I had apparently done too many miles.how they knew this I don’t know… I asked where there was a fair use clause in t’s&c’s ? I can write it in if you want? replied Paul When I asked further, Paul said that he needn’t put a fair use clause in as “he would just not hire to me if he wanted and what could I do?” He was rude and not very pleasant, beware all is not what it seems at Traffic.. We could have had a conversation and a compromise regarding rates,but Paul chose to be very stroppy indeed! My advice would be that if you hire a commercial vehicle from Traffic - think again !
