Excellent staff
I rented from Oak Property Rentals for 3 years I have to say they were exceptional landlords any issues reported to the ladies in the office Carly & Val were acted on immediately with maintenance and sent the same day . Carly & Val were one of a kind very down to earth and friendly I would even say hilarious and normal people I would definitely rent from them again if the occasion arises and most definitely if the ladies are still in the office They were lovely people .

Very very bad
Rude staff, they are verbally abusive and the manager is the most verbally abusive and aggressive of them all! They hardly replied to emails for queries, they would rather abuse you over the phone. they threatened that I move out and put pressure on me to give in notice just because i asked if i could change the electricity payment method and service provider. Electricity could only be bought through the agency and it was suspiciously high. My electricity price was ridiculously high even though i was only home in the evenings and i had a very small flat, this agency only accept cash payments for electricity cards. They choose to omit crucial information prior to contracts being signed, they misrepresent themselves and they are misleading bullies. They even refused to let me know who my landlord was even though all tenants have a legal right to know. They change rules to suit them and have their own extra charges that are not stated in their contracts. They are money hungry thieves walking around in broad daylight.
