I have never had septum clickers before just BCR's and horseshoes although this was slightly awkward to get in it looks great and was much, much easier than a BCR I will definitely be getting more clickers in the future. Also I was slightly concerned that the barbed wire look might be slightly irritating and a bit stabby but it is really comfortable.
