Very Messy Tenant
They were on time, kept the price to what was agreed upon. They did an excellent job cleaning the apartment after a very messy tenant moved out. The new tenant was very happy with the result.

Lack Of Availability
My only complaint is the lack of availability. It is hard to get an appointment that isn't a month away from your phone call. On appointment day they did show up at the beginning of the time slot given so that's a good thing.

Stick To The Price
I was worried that it might be more expensive after they cleaned the place, because I have pets and interior brick, but the final total for the cleaning was within two bucks of the original quote.

First clean
The ladies did a very nice job on our home. It's tiny but with my fiance and 2 big dogs it does need a good cleaning. Working full time and commuting and living with 3 males is a lot!

Carpets cleaned
The apartment is downtown and gets a lot of dust and the carpets were heavily soiled. The carpets looked clean and new when they were done -- magic!

Window cleaning -- Complete exterior plus main floor interior windows
The manager is prompt, responsive, courteous and knows his trade. Took our call on a Sunday and arranged the job within 24 hours. We will definitely use again.

apartment cleaned
Good news: I didn't run into any issues in the booking process for my third cleaning from this company. The cleaners rang the doorbell on time on a Friday afternoon (not too early, not too late) and proactively put on shoe mitts before coming into my apartment. I told them not to be shy about moving things around (or asking me to move) if it made things easier to clean. Their cleaning team dusted everywhere, mopped up the hardwood floors, cleaned the bathroom and kitchen, vacuumed the rugs, and made the bed look like I was staying at a hotel.

Green Cleaning
Quick, friendly and flexible. Did I mention green? My downstairs neighbor made an appointment and the guys (John) managed to squeeze me in doing stairs, a rug and a suede couch for a pretty good deal.

Carpet cleaning

Basement Carpet Cleaning
Our basement carpet is a light colour and the stairs were so dirty. The carpet came out gleaming. Cleaner did a great job and made sure it was to our satisfaction. Great customer service. They even did us a favour by helping us with a stubborn stain in our child's room. They gave us a spot kit for any future stains. We would use them again. Easy to book, and get a quote. Friendly and professional.

House Renovation

Regular housecleaning service
From day 1 I must say the service and responsiveness has been just excellent. I am very picky about cleaning and there have been no surprises - ever; they assign one cleaner who comes to your home regularly so they don't lose time re-learning all the nooks; they also do a fabulous job so you come home to a fresh home every time, with cleaning details.
