As soon as I walked into River Island in Hemel Hempstead I could tell instantly how bad the customer service skills are. The staff were not smiling and were even giving customers dirty looks! I felt extremely uneasy and knew that if I needed help it wouldn't be worth asking for. when I got to the check out to pay for my items the staff member serving me continued to have their own personal conversation stopping only to very rudely tell me my total. River Island as a company are very good but this shop completely lets them down! worst customer service I have experienced.
