Poor customer service
We have purchased school uniforms for our two daughters aged 8-9. The order was sent in two parcels and the second one still hasn't arrived. (School started today) Also wrong colour jumpers were sent. This mistake wouldn't have happened in a shop or if someone with common sense was fulfilling the order. Why would you send boys jumpers for a girl? I have labelled the jumpers so they won't let me return them and it has cost me £72. if this was any other shop/online business I would not use them again.
