Rubbish Online Booking and Customer Service
My wife Tried booking on line for party for 16 kids. Had problems and called for help and told could not book over phone had to be online - try clearing cache and cookies etc. I then tried the next day, created account, made booking but when hit 'Complete' to go to payment nothing happened - the system seemed to think I'd made a booking when I tried again - knowing they would not help on the phone what do you do? I saw booking info on the Statement tab and emailed them to advise of the apparent problem. Seems absolutely crazy that given the problems you cannot make a booking over the phone!! Amateur - which for a business that has to do nothing is quite exceptional. What a shame.
