We had 3 valuations for our property, but when Vanessa visited she was definitely the person who took most interest in what our maisonette had to offer, as well as noting the specific improvements we had done. Neither of the other agents we spoke to showed nearly as much interest or attention. She gave good, constructive advice about how to best display our property and I was confident this attitude could only benefit our sale. In addition, her valuation was both realistic and positive. The sale price was above what other agents had proposed, but this was not the reason we chose Lednor; it was more to do with the fact they simply took the most interest in what our place could uniquely offer to prospective buyers. Before the viewings started, the entire team visited our property so that they were all familiar with it. This attention impressed us, as did the standard of the description and photos on the website. We decided to offer an open day for viewings and Lednor marketed extremely well prior to this date. We had several viewings and received 3 offers above the asking price within a couple of days. In addition, we also bought our next property through Lednor and again found them extremely helpful. There were a number of problems which needed to be sorted and ironed out towards exchange and completion dates, and the help and assistance they gave us went far beyond the call of duty. All the staff were extremely helpful, but Vanessa and Sue stood out with their excellent service. I would definitely use Lednor again in the future and have subsequently recommended them to friends. I have used other estate agents before and have found the experience with Lednor to be entirely different, in the most positive of ways.
