Absolute Nightmare
I’ve just left a major supplier of locks to SKS and out of all the companies we supply, SKS have by far the worst reputation for customer service. We were regularly getting calls from customers of theirs because they always seem to refuse credits or refunds on faulty locks even if they were purchased the day before.
