This firm moved my sister and her family from Luton to Suffolk two weeks ago. They were shocking, unprofessional, careless, rude and have failed to respond to emails, voice mails and text messages. My sister is beside herself as belongings are damaged and lost. I am speaking to the local Trading Standards department tomorrow (9th November 2015

Use them at your peril
I'm about to go down the Small Claims Court route with these people. They caused damage to my home in the process of moving furniture. They don't communicate - fail to answer emails & phone calls, even put the phone down on me. They claim to be insured but on checking the name of the insurance company they gave me I found Companies House has them listed as ceasing trading several years ago. Are they insured? Who knows. At the very least they are incompetent. Sadly I felt I had no choice but to pay them in full as they refused to return my furniture until I had, and I didn't want to risk further loss. As others have said - avoid at all costs!

Appalling
If you are reading this testimonial and are looking for a removal / storage company then pleased be advised to look elsewhere. This company is a disgrace. They lied, never returned calls, the drivers were intimidating. I was told "if I don't pay up I have another job at 7am and your stuff is going with me" - charming, to say the least, at 5.30 am. This is after having only 1/2 my goods delivered in one load (a mistake they made by putting my goods into two containers (but never informing me) losing one, then when they found it practically made me praise them for being so wonderful for finding my stuff, they then promised to deliver it to me later that evening but then with then no warning the drivers showing up at 5:30am the next day. Although my big consolation was I would only be charged for 1 container (whoopie). When the goods arrived they were damaged and I was told this was somehow my fault. This company is truly a disgrace. They really should be investigated by watchdog. If you value your things, go elsewhere!!

AWFUL - BEWARE
This company STOLE cash from us during removal. They damaged furniture and several items, and did not respond to calls or letters. Beware they use several names - HR, Hemel Reproductions, Hobbs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
