Toxic nightmare
If you’re looking to be overworked and underpaid then this is the job for you. Pushed into working 14 hours a day because targets are unachievable otherwise. All the problems stem from the office and the factory floor have to deal with it. Due to bad planning and setting out Everything is last minute and rushed, not a single person in that place has any enjoyment from what they do. No satisfaction at the end of the day. Everyone hates each other, absolutely no team play. The factory floor manager is the worst person you could possibly have in charge, he spends hours of the day talking about fishing to his select few while everyone else has to pick up the buck. The boss has no idea what’s going on down stairs, he genuinely thinks everyone loves the place and is happy. It’s such a toxic mess. There is a reason so Many people have come and gone and the management are to Blame.

Working & Management
When i worked here, the management is very poor from start. It is a dead end job. I wouldn't personally recommend this company to anyone who have desires or better expectations. Very disrespectful Employers towards employees. Not a very comfortable environment to work in.

Purchase
Bought a Van from Company representative called Wiktor. Lied to about vehicle history. None or very little responses fro Tom Dixon. No response whatsoever fro Paul Lewis the person money was transferred to. Dis-appointed that we were lied to, history so far Coolant level keeps dropping, noisy turbo and cambelt needs replacing.
