Alright for Fast Food
I really like Subway, if you are smart about it you can get a pretty healthy lunch fast. I love the whole wheat bread and the meats are pretty tasty - though not home cooked top quality, your average sandwich meats. There is also a great variety of fresh vegetables and they are generous with them.The majority of the staff are very friendly and upbeat, with the distinct exception of one young girl who makes it her job to be difficult and rude. I have no idea why but I appear to ruin her day whenever I appear and she lets me know it. Once I questioned the total of my order because it was more than I usually pay - she told me it was because kids meals don't count for student discount (I had my children with me at the time). I was all *fair enough* even though I'd got it for a whole year. She was rather rude and made me feel like a scrounger, but whatevs, I'm a student=scrounger. The next time I went in I gave her my student card and she said "we don't do them" and when I told her she had given me student discount before she told me Subway had never done student discount and she couldn't possibly have given me discount as she'd been in Leominster for two weeks. I didn't get that one either but I let it go. Rude cow.Anyway, back to the food - my favourite is chicken breast and salad, you don't really need any dressing as the bread is so soft. Their cookies are also delicious and I think the extra 10p you pay on top of your sandwich and drink is well worth the price.

best fast food you can get
Fast food is pretty crap on the whole - Subway is probably the only place I frequent in this market, solely because their food offers some degree of healthiness (if thats a word!) Basically if you want a small meal the sub of the day is always a reliable meal and you can fill it up with a load of salad and veg to bulk it out in to a decent sandwich when you get to the salad counter. I quite like the meatball mariner, but due to the lack of knowledge about what is in the meatballs and where they come from I usually stick to a turkey or ham & turkey sub. Beats McDonalds any day! the staff are pretty cool at this branch.
