A fine loft conversion!
Loftplan were very professional from day one. They told us the loft conversion would take 6-8 weeks and they delivered in that time. All tradesmen who visited our home were well mannered, friendly and hard working chaps. The work was faultless and clearly undertaken with care. We had one or two minor blips but nothing out of the ordinary when having building works done. The project management was the stand out - responsive, efficient and slick! Well done to you all!

Very happy with my lovely new loft
All friends and family who have been over since I had my loft converted just can't believe the difference it has made! It honestly feels like a new house. I found loft plan and their team to be hard working and friendly & they have got back to me quickly to address some minor fixes. Thanks again.

Good job!
I want to thank Loftplan for the tremendous service we received on our loft conversion, you really went above and beyond our expectations. You made the whole experience painless and we were especially impressed by your consideration. Having building works with two young children in the house was an initial concern of ours, but your professional approach made this not an issue. All being said, our new loft is excellent and worth every penny. Great job Loftplan!

A New View - Our Loft Conversion
Our house has been considerably extended having commissioned Loft Plan to undertake our loft conversion. The large master bedroom, bathroom and small "office" area is now the crown jewel of the property. The finishing is exemplary, and the full bathroom suite fitted ingeniously. No space is wasted. The windows fill the room with light and provide commanding views. As promised, over the period of 8 weeks, work started promptly at 7:30 in the morning and finished at 5pm. When required, Loft Plan stayed later to finish a task so as to ensure the project remained on schedule. For this we were very grateful. When it came to the quality of the build, they were faultless. We have been very pleased with the overall quality of the work and I would confidently recommend this loft conversion company.

Awful - don't use!
Loftplan Designs Limited started work on extending our home and converting our loft in January 2014. In April 2014 we had to point out the very poor workmanship and non-compliance with Building Regulations (there are insufficient cavity wall ties and the cavity trays are inacceptable, which were proven by retrospective inspections as Loftplan continually insisted everything was fine), and after a three month period of being treated appallingly and of outright rudeness, we took the matter to the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), which ended up on their recommendation with us having to instigate the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' Adjudication process in July 2014. The adjudicator’s decision was that “the workmanship to the bricklaying is very poor” and “sufficiently significant that it is necessary to demolish and re-build complete”. Having lost all confidence in Loftplan’s ability, the decision furthermore stated that Loftplan had to pay for another company to do this and Loftplan were ordered to pay us the full amount by mid September. They failed to do this and it was only when we were about to file court papers for summary judgment, that they paid up!
