Avoid Avoid
Avoid Avoid Avoid! I used BWR 24 months ago to move us from our house into their storage unit and then into our new property once our renovation work had completed. Upon unpacking we discovered that a wardrobe and mirror had been damaged. I subsequently contacted them to report the problem to find that I was being completely ignored. I did get a response a number of weeks later to say that due to the length of time from the first move to the time the damaged was discovered they would take no responsibility. Very poor service!

Inadequate planning and operation
Poor communication from the start, e-mails unanswered,as was letter of complaint; full pack move incorrectly assessed at 1.5.days, requests by operatives to HQ for more support and an additional lorry ignored until final two hours with new occupants waiting a similar time to move in. Furniture damaged and some small items missing given they decided to repack two lorries into the original vehicle. In short poor communication,administration and application with a lack of resource to meet timescales and volumes. On the only plus note the two operatives, despite stress remained cheerful and friendly. I definitely would not recommend this organistaion, the only reason for using them was because of a recommendation by a colleague, who by contrast had a totally different experience, but this was at least a year earlier.

Unprofessional
They were 8 hours late. When they did arrive, there were only two people and were therefore unable to finish the job. They broke several items, some of which were expensive, some of which were highly sentimental, all of which they denied. They did make sure they were paid in advance and now refuse to give any of the money back. I would not recommend these people!

avoid at all costs
I would avoid this company at all costs. They broke and packed many items badly, it got damaged in storage by moths and items were lost. It has taken 2.5 years an d lots of hassle to get their insurers to pay from the handrail they drove into, to be repaired.

Reccomended
Very good professional service only let down by their reluctance to come and get the boxes now we have unpacked it all. Very organised and helpful guys who having taken desks and beds apart put them back together at the new house.
