Very Poor Child Care
My daughter attended Tops Nursery in the Isle of Wight for two days then I took her out for various reasons which I will not discuss here; the company head office were involved and because I was not happy with the level of care she received they initially told me they would offer me a full weeks refund and to come and collect it; when I got there to collect it the same morning they changed their mind and said they would consider it and informed me that the things I was unhappy about were not true and that they were right and I was wrong. Not very customer friendly or true to their word - I am glad my daughter no longer attends this nursery.
