Disgraceful
Ordered furniture in May and paid in full. the 10 to 12 week delivery taime came and went with various promises of delivery. By the time I got the next delivery date of a month later - I checked with the manfacturer and it had not even been started as they had not been paid. I cancelled and have now waited 6 weeks for a refund - with further promises - the refund will happen Monday and it will take 3 days, the refund has been processed but will take a few days, sorry we overlooked it - it will be done on Monday - blah blah blah. Lies and lies. BEWARE!!

Great Service
Just taken delivery of our fitted Lema wardrobe system and it all looks amazing. From the initial enquiry, to the design and installation the whole process has been first class. I would suggest a visit to the store as it is amazing and the staff are so friendly and not pushy. We ordered some Cattelan Italia furniture from a large London retailer (they told us to go to Mac&Mac for the wardrobes) and some 14 weeks later we are still waiting, had we known about Mac&Mac before ordering we could have got all the furniture from there. Anyway, we are very happy with our decision to use Mac&Mac and if our dining furniture does not arrive soon we may take up your kind offer of some ltemporary furniture and then re order with you. Brilliant
Hello Mac&Mac. You delivered my Bacher Table and Chairs on Friday together with my Contempo Sofas and I must say a huge thankyou to all concerned as they look amazing. The whole setup is far beyond what I was expecting so credit given to the salesman who helped us with our choices. We look forward to seeing you again when we need to update our bedroom furniture.

Very Helpful Shop
Our barstools arrived this morning and they look amazing. I was a bit unsure if 4 different colours would work and your salesman was very helpful in telling us if we were not happy with them you would swap for 4 matching stools. Luckily, they look great and we will let friends and family know where to go for furniture.

So Fast, less than 48 hours
Hi Mac&Mac We orderded 4 of your sunloungers online on Saturday and they have just been delivered this afternoon. Product is fantastic and the delivery was quoted as within 14 days and we received them in less than 48 hours, cant say fairer than that. Quick Response
I ordered a sideboard from Mac&Mac which was delivered about 2 weeks ago, and upon delivery we noticed a slight scratch on the glass top. A replacement top was ordered and this has just been delivered this morning. The unit now looks fantastic and I have to say thankyou for the speedy way in which you handled the problem.

Flexform Sofa
Many thanks for the delivery of our Flexform sofas, we are so glad we googled Flexform and managed to find you. Your showroom is wonderfully set out and it was nice to see a few models, but we still went for the Groundpiece. Staff were always very helpful and even when we kept changing our mind on colours, you were very prompt at sending out swatches. We have been hugely impressed throughout our order and we hope to be back again soon.

A Bargain Sofa
We purchased an ex-display sofa from Mac&Mac in Farnham and we had it delivered on Saturday and we are so pleased with it. It looks virtually brand new and it was a bargain. We only came in for a look around and ended up leaving with the sofa of our dreams. Thanks so much. Peter

WOW FACTOR
We had a delivery just over a week ago now and have to say we are delighted with the Calligaris furniture and in particular the Orbital table which our friends say is a real wow factor. Shaun in the showroom was superb and he certainly knew his stuff and we knew from the moment we left the showroom that we had made the right choice. The delivery took slightly over the 8 weeks to arrive but we were kept advised of the delay and even had a letter from Calligaris explaining the delay was in production not with the retailer. Overall we have been very pleased with Mac&Mac and we will return with more furniture requirements soon. Jane Tucker

5 ***** ALL THE WAY
I have recently had delivered my wonderful Bontempi Giro Table and Shark chairs and I would like to say they look wonderful and the way the table swings round is amazing (our friends love it). I am so pleased we visited the showroom in Farnham and it was lovely to be handed a cup of coffee while we looked through the vast amount of displays they have, and we felt at ease not being badgered by pushy sales tactics. The delivery arrived from Italy on time and it was then sent to me within 72 hours and was delivered by 2 great guys who were very careful and made the whole thing look easy. Great Showroom, Great Service 5 ***** all the way.

Very Pleased

DELIVERED IN 26 DAYS
I recently placed an order with Mac&Mac and because of the service I have received I thought I must write a comment. I have an appartment in Portugal and my wife and I had been dithering over a Calligaris Table and Chair set for a while and had left it far too late to order, or so we thought.... The salesman did a great job of showing us the products and we agreed that this was the best option for us and it was only then we hit him with the bombshell of needing the products delivered for delivery to our container by 8th March, I was expecting a straight no but he disappeared into an office and came back 10 mins later and said no problem sir. So, did it all happen as they said it would. Yes it did, on the 5th March I had a call from the Delivery Manager to arrange delivery of my goods on 7th and as I write our goods are on the way to Portugal. I like a company who are able to do as promissed and I will recommend Mac&Mac to all my friends and family and they were the only retailer who did not hesitate at taking on the challenge of my error. I have the salesmans card and it was Shaun who helped us out and when I e mailed for an update Ben was very quick at responding, I must say Mac&Mac they are a credit to your business. 8 WEEKS DELIVERY ADVERTISED, ARRIVED IN 26 DAYS......

Very Good Service
Having recently taken delivery of four large pieces of furniture from yourselves, we cannot express how impressed we have been with Mac & Mac Interiors from the day we walked into your showroom to the day that the furniture was delivered to us. We were not followed around the showroom by salesmen we were left to look at our leisure with the knowledge that there was someone there to answer our questions and to give us the support and help we needed in making our choices. Nothing has been too much trouble for you. The quality and craftsmanship of the table and chairs, the sideboard and the 2 sofa's that we purchased from Mac&Mac is excellent. We had a delivery date arranged and the drivers called us 1 hour before arrival which was very convenient and meant we weren't sitting around all day just waiting. I have done and will continue to recommend Mac&Mac to family & friends. It's a breath of fresh air to know that there are still retailers that definitely pride themselves on putting the customer first. Many thanks for such a pleasant, stress free shopping experience.

Dont even go there!!! Terrible!
If you are prepared to wait at least 3 months for your products, then this is the place to go to! Having placed an order 3 months ago, only part of it has been delivered! Have been shouted at by their customer service, the entire experience has been a flop! I am not used to paying so much money (above 6K) to be treated like this and not having received the order in full! Terrible terrible terrible company!!!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.
We made an order with Mac + Mac a few weeks ago and after reading some of the other comments I thought I must write a review. We visited the showroom and it was beautifully set out and it was lovely not to be followed round the showroom by a pushy salesman and we were allowed to stroll at our leisure round the many galleries safe in the knowledge that experts were on hand if we needed them, also taking advantage of the complimentary Coffee and biscuits on a wet Sunday morning. We placed a large order after a couple of hours and everytime we called to enquire about an update we were given all the information we required, at no point did anybody give us misleading information (sometimes it can be the way you ask!!). When all the goods arrived we were called by the delivery department of the company and we were booked for delivery on a date to suit us and the very polite drivers called us 1 hour before arrival, when they arrived they were very careful in our new home and positioned the furniture where we required it and removed all of the packaging. I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong leg finish on our sofas but they agreed (at no cost to me) to replace the legs and which have been swapped yesterday. The furniture all looks wonderful and I have to say it has been a pleasure to do business with you and we will certainly be back for more, we need to furnish our appartment in Dubai. You are a fantastic company to deal with and I thank you for hiring only the best.

Appalling service, don't think of shopping at Mac&Mac
I agree totally with these reviews. DON'T SHOP AT MAC&MAC the service is dreadful. After 6 months two small items never arrived and they want to wait 30 days before refunding my money - I don't think so! Better service at Tesco !!

Terrible, terrible service
I've never been so motivated to leave feedback on a company as i have been with my experience with Mac and Mac interiors. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE - our sofa took twice as long to arrive as original quote. But more importantly, at no point did anyone call to inform us. We had to call, multiple times, to find out delivery date. We were given misinformation about revised delivery date (again, no communication to say they were going to miss this) and at the end we were told to call the delivery guys ourselves to arrange a date! For high-end goods this is certainly not high-end service. Very poor indeed.

Awful Customer Service - Long, Long Lead Times

33 Week Delivery & VERY poor customer service
I ordered a dining set at the beginning of april. I was told (by email) the furniture wasn't going to be ready to deliver until week33 having ordered it with a supposed 10 week lead time. Staff rarely return calls, the sales director hasn't called despite staff saying he would and even told me he had no intention of calling!! No a single email has been replied to. No compensation offered other than a cursory 1% off the purchase price! I would not recommend them. I am now cancelling the order.

Less Than Zero
Last year I had three quite expensive solid oak pieces made for me by this company. The corner mouldings on one bureau didn't meet on either front corner and I could put a one pence piece in the spaces. I rang them, sent photos. It took two weeks to collect the bureau and over three and a half months for it to be returned to me. I had paid the full price when I ordered. I rang numerous times and even wrote letters separately to the owners. This company gave me the impression they were a quality store with a high level of customer service. Unfortunately they let me down very badly. I would never recommend them. Ever.

You can't give zero stars, but...
Appalling. I ordered four things from this company, one of which was cancelled due to it not being safe for sale in the UK. Of the three other items, it took them 10 weeks to deliver 2 of them, one of which was wrong and had to be replaced (another 4 weeks). The final item was delivered and guess what, it too was wrong. As I write, they still haven%u2019t completed the order. To make matters worse they don%u2019t seem to care about customer service and have provided no explanations or suggestion of compensation or a good will gesture. Staff faithfully promise to call you back and never do, and this goes right through to management level. The prices are keen, but I%u2019m afraid I%u2019m not willing to wait 7 months (and counting) for what should have been a very simple order, and I would never, ever buy anything from them again.
