non existant customer service, incapable of resolving their problems
We moved our company phones to Gamma in January 2012, and what a mistake it has been. From the absolute outset we have had issues, insofar as they billed us completely different rates and standing charges to those which had been quoted to us. This took a phone call and two emails before they corrected the rates, and it was another 3 months and various other emails before we managed to get the overcharged amounts back. Almost immediately Gamma then began billing us for "inbound" calls relative to a local call number which we had purchased 7 years previously, outright, and not even from Gamma! This took 4 or 5 emails, phone calls, and two special delivery letters to their company secretary threatening legal action against them before they finally stoppped charging us incorrectly. They have refused to pay us a penny in compensation for wasting months of our time, and we are currently pursuing a complaint against them with Ofcom, and a county court action for our time. USE THIS APPALLING COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!!!
