Apalling !
If only I had taken the time to review this company online before allowing them access to my home. I have had an internal front door fitted, a bay window and a new porch built. I was told it would take a week and the work men have now downed tools after two weeks and I'm told their offices are closed until Jan 10th. One of the doors cannot be locked or closed properly. The standard of work is extremely poor with bits of tissues stuffed into gaps in the brickwork. Part of my lounge ceiling was puled down and the brickwork round the bay window has broken up and been patched up to a very poor standard leaving gaps to the outside and a lovely winter breeze coming into the room. They have also kindly left me with all the waste down the side of my house to look at over the Christmas period. Beware they ask for money up front for the materials and then employ sub contract for the fitting out which you are expected to pay for directly. Customer service is zero. Avoid at all costs.

Beware!
I order a replacement bathroom window and concrete linel, along with a conservatory. A deadline was given for the bathroom window and lintel replacement as my bathroom was being re-fitted. When it came to carrying out this work it transpired that they has seriously under quoted for the lintel. They then tried to put the onus on me to find workmen / get this work carried out. With days to go before my re-fit commenced I settled for the original wooden lintel being clad in UPVC - which was done very badly. The conservatory fitting was also a nightmare. I was assured that the structure would be weatherproofed as we had live sockets - it wasn't. 1 pane (special design) glass was not ordered and there were issues with the door. Customer service was none existant - frustrating as the bulk of the monies had been paid up front for the glass, structure etc. The only upside was my fitter who was fantastic. Note - they are self employed. Avoid this company - the sales pitch is excellent, the service non existant.

Awful, never again!
Conservatory installed last year by Crofton. Beware they use subcontractors to do all the work, they only supply the conservatory structural elements and once they have done this they show very little interest! We were obviously unlucky with the subcontractors, poor workmanship and poor attitude. Had to constantly phone and complain to get things sorted. If I was to write all of the problems we encountered it would take me too long and I'm not wasting any more of my time than is necessary on this incompetent company! My reason for this review is purely to warn others so that they do not have to go through what we did! Take my advice go elsewhere and don't be sucked in by the cheap conservatory prices and the salesman/owner who is a definite wolf in sheeps clothing!

Amazing quality!
I have currently just had a small conservatory built in my garden. They gave me advice on how to build it, what would look best. I tonly took around 3 months and i am extremely satisfied with there job.

Slow and poor service
The quality of the build was quite good, but very slow. There was one week where nothing happened. Once the build was nearing completion the contractors moved out and it is taking many phone calls to get things finished. We are about to enter our fifth month.

Crofton - never again
Had a conservatory built by Crofton last year, wished I had gone elsewhere. The fitting was poor and the customer service was not much better. To cut a long story short, I almost had to commence court proceedings before anyone would take me seriously and returned to fix something as major as a leaking roof. Would I recommend this company - NEVER.

Be detailed
We have had a conservatory built by Crofton. Be warned, make sure that you are extremely detailed with your requirements, take nothing for granted, and assume nothing, explain every detail as if you were describing it to someone who does not know what a conservatory is. If you do not, you may find that you have been built something that does not meet your requirements, or something is missing, or smaller, or added and not required. The builder is very tidy and well mannered.
