Dear Robert I am writing to express my sincere thanks to you for taking care of my Nan's funeral. You gave me confidence from our first conversation that you would take good care of Nan and do your very best in arranging her funeral. It was an extremely difficult time for us, having lost three close family members in two and a half years. Your care, sensitivity and professionalism shone through as you accommodated us throughout. We were pleased to find an independent business and in this day and age it can be difficult to find someone trustworthy and honest, particularly at such a delicate time. You were very honest in telling us what you felt would be unnecessary and clearly were not interested in signing us up for lots of 'extras' or more expensive items. We never felt rushed at any time and you made some very helpful and considered suggestions when we were struggling, in particular for music choices and the Minister, putting us in touch with David Adcock who was wonderful! I really wish we we had known about you when we arranged dad's funeral last year. I know you will take this in the spirit it is intended when I say that I hope we won't have cause to use your services again for a good long while!
