"I would like to thank you so much for your entertaining and educational evening of wine tasting on Tuesday. The event was a great success and below are some comments that prove how much it was enjoyed by our guests: Many thanks for including me in an excellent evening last night. I thought it was really informative and certainly open my eyes and broadened my knowledge as to the different regions and tastes. I have realised that my 'nose' and pallet are probably not sufficiently sensitive to be able to readily discern hints of apricot, lychee, blackberry and grapefruit and the like. I think I shall just have to be satisfied to tell the difference between the glasses of red and the white wine! Thanks for last night - was great fun. Cecile's passion is quite infectious and she has a lovely way about her. Decided I am taking Moni and Max on one of her evenings, I think they'll have a lot of fun....
