Damanged clothing and poor service

I brough in 10 dresses and 1 suit as two separate orders over two weeks - nearly £120 of cleaning. Every single dress came back still smelling of body odor and perfume. To make it even worse they used HUGE safety pins to hang my skirt instead of the very obvious loops sewn in to the skirt that are made for it to hang from. The pins created 8 huge holes in the skirt that I can't get out. It's a £120 LK Bennet skirt that is now completely ruined and irreplaceable and it's matching £200 jacket is now useless without it's matching bottom. I went to the shop with the suit and dresses, all still tagged and on their hangers to ask for a refund so I could take them to my original dry cleaners Gervades Winchester (who in 5 years always cleaned my dresses to perfection!). The shop assistant refused a refund and told me I could come back next week to discuss it with a manager. Now i'm out another £120 to have it all recleaned and my £300 LKBennett suit is ruined.
