The company was originally formed back in January 1997 by a man named Stewart Surrey. Stewart had worked for many years within the finance industry gaining experience with both finance companies and debt recovery. Stewart also spent some time working as a Bailiff and was able to experience the nasty side of being in debt.

It was while working as a Bailiff Stewart decided that ordinary people like you and me needed someone to defend their corner.

Many people fall into the credit trap and have no idea how to break free. There are a lot of so called experts out there, unfortunately most of them are simply out to take your money.
