Absolutely rubbish customer service. I received my kettle and used it once before I noticed a sizeable dent in the side. They will not exchange at all and can only offer me 50% refund on return which they seem to think is a great offer. Would not recommend at all. I should have checked thoroughly yes but they should send out products that are in good condition.
