I should have avoided this business, having taken an age to get back a duvet I left to get cleaned - it is a Laundromat with a behind the shop cleaning service that seems rarely manned. Unfortunately I left a second duvet - there were several calls and a couple of visits before I was given one back - not mine which was fairly new, but when I got home I found I'd been given a heavily stained one fit for the rubbish heap. There was no response to my calls asking at least for my money back. AVOID
