DO NOT USE SHEENA

I had booked Sheena for my wedding 12 months in advance. I paid in advance for myself, my trial & my Maid of Honour. She did the trial, agreed on timings with my makeup artist, and then with weeks to go, decided to hold me to ransom and threatened to cancel her services if I did not pay essentially an additional £300+. Taking the total for the bride alone to exceed est £500. For shoulder length hair. To which when we offered to meet halfway with £150 as all the vendor payments came out this month due to the wedding being in a few weeks, she cancelled. No apology. No nothing. Just a response to my text outlining my distress with ‘no comments.’ Choose to use her services at your own risk & if you are happy with potentially being let down with weeks to your big day, or even worse - on the morning of. It is not worth the risk. She then puts out a false narrative to what took place to any negative comments against her. But ask any other highly rated vendor in this field, and they will say the same. Any vendor to do this without any decent reason, when the client had paid the prices SHE set, is disgraceful behaviour. Unreliable. Unprofessional. A waste of money & time.
