Started well, ended terribly
The the baby room was excellent, but our experience from that point onwards was that this high standard was not maintained. Communication and working with us was always followed though and it questioned how well they individually new the children who they were caring for. Ultimately we removed our child from the setting after a series of poor decision making over care, especially in regard to the pre-school room.
